Carrie Schreiner will post her first laps in a Formula E racing car with HWA RACELAB during ABB FIA Formula E testing in Saudi Arabia

• First Formula E test for Carrie Schreiner on 16 December 2018 in Ad Diriyah, one day after the season opener in Saudi Arabia
• Carrie Schreiner is standing in for injured racing driver Sophia Flörsch
• Carrie Schreiner: “I’ve driven quite a few racing cars before, but I’m sure that I’ll find sitting behind the wheel of a fully electric formula racing car for the first time will be an absolutely unique experience”

Daniel Juncadella will take on the role of test and reserve driver for HWA RACELAB during their first season in the ABB FIA Formel E Championship

• Daniel already knows the team from the DTM where he achieved his maiden win with HWA 
• Daniel spent a day testing with the team during the official tests in Valencia

Motorsport experts from Affalterbach to enter team in the new, international Formula 3 series, which shares the bill with Formula 1 and is aimed at gradually introducing talented drivers to the pinnacle of motor racing.

HWA RACELAB tackle the challenge of the ABB FIA Formel E during official testing at Valencia

• Gary Paffett, Stoffel Vandoorne and Daniel Juncadella completed three days of testing at the Circuit Ricardo Tormo
• The team posted 283 laps or the equivalent of 875 kilometres with the new Gen2 car
• Gary Paffett: “I’ve been very impressed with how the team have gone about taking their first steps in Formula E.”
