The sixth round of the FIA Formula 3 Championship in Spa was overshadowed by the fatal accident of Formula 2 driver Anthoine Hubert at the same track on Saturday. The best results for HWA RACELAB in the two races at the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps went to Keyvan Andres (Iran) and Bent Viscaal (Netherlands), who both finished in 14^th place after strong pursuits. Jake Hughes (Great Britain) was extremely unlucky, involved in a collision through no fault of his own on both days.

Significant milestone for HWA RACELAB at the fifth FIA Formula 3 event in Budapest: In the first race of the weekend, Jake Hughes (Great Britain) reaches the rostrum for the second time this season – and then completes the first Formula 3 double podium for HWA RACELAB with a third-place finish in race two. In addition to this historic success, Bent Viscaal (Netherlands) and Keyvan Andres (Iran) also deliver impressive chasing performances at the Hungaroring.

• Two third places for Jake Hughes, positions 19 and 10 for Bent Viscaal and 23rd and 14th for Keyvan Andres

#HWAstalavista - this was the motto, with which HWA RACELAB went into its final race weekend in the ABB FIA Formula E Championship. And the farewell turned out to be a happy one. The final race of the season in New York City saw both Stoffel Vandoorne and Gary Paffett pick up points in eighth and tenth place respectively - just reward for themselves and the entire team for the development work they have done over the course of the season.

HWA RACELAB driver Jake Hughes (Great Britain) finished in the points again at round four of the FIA Formula 3 Championship in Silverstone. The winner from Spielberg finished ninth in Saturday's opening  race at his home Grand Prix. In doing so, Hughes picked up a further two points in the championship. The team from Affalterbach failed to enjoy the same success on Sunday. 

• 9th place and DNF for Jake Hughes, 21st and 26th for Keyvan Andres, 22nd and 20th for Bent Viscaal
• Bent Viscaal: "There was definitely potential for a better result."
• Jake Hughes: "That was my weakest race weekend of the season."
• Keyvan Andres: „The race pace was basically there, and the development of the car is progressing positively.“
• Thomas Strick: "All three drove courageously. When you do that, you sometimes make mistakes."

HWA RACELAB narrowly missed out on the points in a wild first race at the final event of the ABB FIA Formula E Championship in New York City. Gary Paffett was the victim of several questionable manoeuvres and eventually crossed the finishing line in eleventh place. Stoffel Vandoorne ended the action-packed E-Prix in 13th place. The team from Affalterbach still has one chance to finish its first season with a happy ending.
